To calculate the value of "x" or "y" from a given data (eg. steam tables).
Instruction to do linear interpolation (linear regression) using casio fx-115.
1. Press MODE.
2. Select 3 (STAT).
3. Select 2 (A+BX) Assuming linear interpolation.
4. Enter the data X and Y. Press ENTER after typing each value.
5. Press AC
